Buy, sell or give away items with verified neighbors.

Free only

Resident access required

Guests invited by the owner can browse parks and amenities, but Marketplace is for verified residents only. No listings, counts, or seller names are shown here.

Meet in a safe public place. Neighbor41 doesn't process payments or guarantee transactions.

Arrange pickup directly with the seller. Never send a deposit to someone you haven't verified. Seller handles exchanges independently. No address is shown, and no map marker points to a seller's home.

Post an item

Goods only. No services, no payments, no checkout. Your neighborhood is taken from your verified membership, not typed in.

In the real app, photos are checked, stripped of location and camera metadata, and served only to verified residents.

I have the right to sell this item; it meets Marketplace rules; I won't include private addresses or prohibited goods. Preview (exactly what shoppers would see)

In the real app, a routine compliant item publishes after baseline checks; a suspicious or ambiguous item is held for human review instead. Nothing here is actually published.

Messages

Verified residents only. Conversations are tied to a listing and never expose login emails, phone numbers, home addresses, or precise locations.

My Listings

Listings auto-expire after 30 days in the real app; renewal rechecks the rules. You can only edit your own listings.

You haven't posted anything yet.

Moderation queue

Owner-only

In the real app this is a scoped admin view for Jeremy, Sara, and Matthew once activated. Reporter identity is never shown to the seller. Moderators cannot rule on their own listings. No residence-verification documents appear here.
